I acknowledge that I am authorizing my credit card to be charged with a stated dollar value. Special requests will be held to specific thresholds and approved on a case by case basis. I understand it is my responsibility to login to update my address, phone, email, or credit card changes before processing. It is reccomended a reservation be made for any pick ups outside of scheduled pick up parties. 

A signature by a recipient 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a business address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes and will only ship to states which legally allow wine shipments.
